Here's what you will need:
1 package of chicken. We used all legs, but thighs would work well too.
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 cloves of garlic
juice of one lemon
salt & pepper to taste (about 1 teaspoon)
Mix together the chopped garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Cover the chicken with the marinade & let it sit over night.
When you are ready to cook it, lightly season the chicken with salt and pepper. Season up high for even spreading.
Roast at 350 for 1 hour
Once the chicken is done, pour the juices into a bowl.
and add some fresh lemon juice & fresh chopped garlic. Taste for salt content and add if needed.

Serve chicken together with the sauce.
